This 2007 Caol Ila 15-year-old was bottled from a single hogshead cask that yielded 268 bottles at 57.2% (equivalent to the old imperial 100 proof). The ever consistent Caol Ila’s spirit seems to have been getting even better\u00a0in the last decade or two, so this Apothecary’s Notebook 15-year-old Wemyss bottling really looks like a must-have for Islay fans.<\/p>\n
