Berry Bros Single Cask 72 | Ten Cane 2012-2022 | 10 Year Old

Ten Cane was a very short-lived Trinidad rum distillery, so this single cask 10-year-old from Berry’s will be a must for rum fans. The original Ten Cane rum brand was launched in 2005 by LVMH and was distinguished by the fact that the distillery used copper pot stills to distil first-pressed sugar cane juice in the agricole style—extremely unusual, if not unique, for a Trinidad rum.

Wood polish, charred sugar, and fruit pastries lead to notes of fruit-stitched tea loaf, candied nuts, and baked apples with sprinklings of woody spice.
