The Lakes Distillery’s The One Sherry Cask Finished Whisky is a limited edition blended whisky that has been extra matured in Spanish oak Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks by whiskymaker Dhavall Gandhi.

The One Sherry Cask Finished Whisky, as one might assume, has a very rich, fruity sherry character, making it a great digestif after a big dinner. The One Sherry Cask Finished Whisky was a well-deserved category winner at the World Whisky Awards in 2021.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose: Medjool dates, sultanas and polished wood.

Palate: Dark chocolate, sun-dried dates and woodspice with a whiff of smoke.

Finish: Rich, warming and lingering.
