We are proud to present The GlenAllachie 35 Year Old, a beautiful single malt Scotch whisky from 1989. Over the last three and a half decades, it has matured in three Pedro Xim\u00e9nez casks, one Oloroso cask, and two virgin oak casks.<\/p>\n

“Unifying these six spectacular casks created the perfect equilibrium between the sweet influence of the Pedro Xim\u00e9nez casks, the nutty contribution of the Oloroso cask, and the spiciness of the virgin oak casks.” \u2013 Billy Walker, GlenAllachie Master Distiller<\/p>\n

Nose<\/strong>\u00a0Waves of mocha, cinnamon, heather honey and pineapple, with hints of raisins, pomegranate and eucalyptus.<\/p>\n

Paladar<\/strong>\u00a0Layers of dark chocolate, mocha, raisins and dried fruit, fusing with heather honey, treacle and pineapple, with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.<\/p>\n

A full-on first-fill sherried Glenallachie bursting with spices and fruitcake but balanced with soft leather, tobacco and mocha notes, meaning it never goes over the top into cloying sweetness.
