Auchentoshan 1999-2022 22 Years of Age A sherry cask-finished 22-year-old Auchentoshan 1999 was bottled in 2022 without color or chill filtration by Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength Collection.

This 1999 Auchentoshan 22-year-old started off in a small batch of refill bourbon barrels before being amalgamated and racked for finishing in a sherry butt for the final 20 months of its maturation, so it’s kind of both a single cask and a small batch whisky. At any rate, the butt yielded a total of 696 bottles at its cask strength of 55.6%, and look at that lovely natural chestnut color!
