Stauning Smoke is a peated Danish single malt whisky from Denmark’s largest distillery, Stauning, who combine exciting innovation with a devotion to traditional methods, growing and malting their own barley and direct-firing their 24 small stills.

Stauning Smoke is produced from floor-malted West Jutland barley, which is smoked with local peat and heather and has been matured for five years in a mix of first-fill bourbon, first-fill sherry and virgin oak casks. Islay fans will love this bottled at a great drinking strength of 47%. Stauning Smoke is the perfect introduction to Danish single malt whisky.
