Admiral Rodney’s St. Lucia rums are drawn from the lowest point of the column still, giving them a richer, heavier profile and more character than most column-distilled rums. For HMS Princessa, the blend is of rums aged from 5 to 9 years in a mix of ex-bourbon and port casks, so there should be plenty of dark fruit character here.
