The Macallan Home Collection The Distillery showcases the brand’s new distillery, which embodies the natural beauty of the brand’s birthplace. By bringing together their time-honored traditions and commitment to innovation, the Scotch offers consumers around the globe a unique insight into what makes The Macallan whiskies “so exceptional,” says the press release.

The font of the box features an artful watercolor created by Colin Rizza, as well as several members of his family who have worked at The Macallan Distillery for more than 30 years. Future releases in this collection will feature a piece of art created by different individuals who have been a part of the Macallan community.

Bottled at 43.5% ABV and a deep gold color, the nose features aromas of butterscotch, figs, dates, almond, polished oak, milk chocolate, and a gentle floral note. The palate finds more butterscotch alongside oak spice, ginger, and vanilla. The medium-bodied version adds more ginger and oak.
