Adir wines are created from grapes cultivated in the Zimra vineyard, which was established in the 1980s and 1990s in the Upper Galilee. The flagship wine of Adir is the 2016 Plato, which is composed mostly of Cabernet Sauvignon. It has a rich and powerful fragrance and flavour with excellent balance throughout.
