Part of the Color Collection from Macallan, the 21 Years Old Single Malt has been aged in American oak casks, enhanced by a delicate addition of European oak, and seasoned with sherry wine from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain.

The colors of Jerez are reflected in this 21-year-old expression by artist and graphic designer David Carson, who brought the influence of the cask to the fore through an array of rich brown tones that evoke the wood and its toasted caramel flavors, with a hint of spice.

Nose: Crème Brûlée, candied orange and lemon, sweet, aged oak with caramelized pineapple.

Taste: tropical fruits, candied ginger, coffee creme, hazelnuts, dark chocolate orange, and cardamom.

Finalizar: medium with balanced oak spices.
