Strathisla 1955 is a vintage Strathisla from independent bottler Gordon & Macphail. This was aged for well over 30 years before release and is another example of the firm’s impressive stocks of mature whiskies.

This bottle would originally have had a neck label telling us if its the 1995 or 1997 bottling, but sadly it’s disappeared at some point in the intervening 25 years or so. It doesn’t really matter of course, because all the G&M Strathisla 1955s are out of this world.
