Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2021, Owned by Suntory, Hibiki was first launched in 1989, and this is the 2021 edition of the Blossom Harmony release. This expression has been created using malt and grain whisky from the Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries. It was matured in oak casks for an undisclosed length of time before being transferred into sakura wood casks for a finishing period.
