Ardlair is the name used for Ardmore distillery’s rare unpeated malt whisky, first distilled in the early years of this century and normally reserved exclusively as blending stock. This Reserve Casks’ Ardlair 2010 is a vatting of three 10-year-old casks that somehow escaped the vats and has been bottled without colouring or chill filtration at 48%.
