The top-of-the-line Admiral Rodney St. Lucian rum, HMS Formidable, is made out of rums aged between 9 and 12 years in former bourbon casks and is distilled in a double-column Coffey still.
This rum is a rich, deep, mellow, easy-drinking after-dinner rum with a wonderful color.
