Fanny Fougerat Cèdre Blanc is an XO cognac made without chill filtration, added sugar, or caramel coloring. This is a tobacco-y, leathery XO with generous spices and a really distinguished character.

Cèdre Blanc is the older of Fanny Fougerat’s XO cognacs, being distilled by the auteur grower-distiller from the 2000 vintage of the family’s Ugni Blanc grapes from their Fins Bois vineyards.
