Ten Cane was a very short-lived Trinidad rum distillery, so this single cask 10-year-old from Berry’s will be a must for rum fans. The original Ten Cane rum brand was launched in 2005 by LVMH and was distinguished by the fact that the distillery used copper pot stills to distil first-pressed sugar cane juice in the agricole style—extremely unusual, if not unique, for a Trinidad rum.
