Nikka Tailored is a super premium Japanese blended whisky.

This whisky is made up of single malts from Nikka’s Miyagikyo and Yoichi distilleries and grain whisky distilled in Nikka’s Coffey still.

Matured in mainly ex-American oak casks and ex-sherry casks, the result is unmistakably Nikka.

Nikka Tasting Notes Tailored

Nos: Dried fruit and caramel sauce – raisins, sultanas, and baked apples, drizzled with toffee and served on a polished oak plate. The fragrant fruity notes become waxy and the toffee becomes brown-sugar-dusted brioche with time in the glass.

Palate: softer than expected from the nose, with fresher fruit notes at the front – apple and pear pies studded with sultanas. Spice builds, with nutmeg and freshly snapped cinnamon sticks joined by hints of clove and polished oak boards.

Finish: A burst of mint slowly fades to reveal lingering cinnamon, oak, and fresh apple.
