Fanny Fougerat’s Le Laurier d’Apollon is a 2011 vintage limited edition cognac from boutique grower-distiller Fanny Fougerat, produced from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes from the Petite Champagne region.

Bottled at 42.2%, Fougerat’s Le Laurier D’Apollon is a complex, powerfully flavoured cognac with an abundance of fruit and complex herbal notes, and has been bottled without chill filtration, colouring, or any added sugar.
