A robust sherry-finished bourbon from Darkness, who’ve taken a 12-year-old Tennessee Bourbon (so we know where it’s *not* from) and finished it in a small 50-60L octave cask that was reclaimed from a Pedro Ximenez sherry butt before bottling in their trademark 50cl bottles at a tempting 52.2%.

The combination of Pedro Ximenez’s concentrated dried fruit sweetness and the natural vanilla, toffee, and caramel flavours from cask strength Tennessee whiskey ensures that this Darkness 12-year-old sherry-finished bourbon will be a must-have for sweet-toothed whiskey fans.
