Remy Martin’s XO cognac is one of the icons of the brandy world. This gentle giant is famously as smooth as a snooker table in a silk tie and, following a change in the appellation laws in 2016, the cognacs used in this blend must be aged a minimum of ten years (as opposed to the old minimum of six years).

As with all of Remy’s cognacs, all the eaux-de-vie in this blend are from the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne regions, and as this is a fine Champagne cognac, the proportion of Grande Champagne must be 50% or higher.
