A bottle of Filey Bay Second Release from the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery. Located on Yorkshire’s east coast, Spirit Of Yorkshire practices field-to-bottle distilling as the barley is grown on the family farm and the water source is located deep in the chalk of their land. This gives Spirit of Yorkshire full control of every stage of the growing and distillation process for their Filey Bay whisky.

Filey Bay Second Release The English single malt whisky was matured mostly in ex-bourbon casks with the addition of one sherry cask, and was bottled without colouring or chill filtration in a small batch of 6000 bottles. The resulting whisky is light, fruity, and very moreish.
