Bladnoch Vinaya is comprised solely of whisky matured in first-fill bourbon and first-fill sherry casks, and while there’s no age statement, this is a characterful dram with plenty of presence and a good mouthfeel, having been bottled at 46.7% without colouring or chill filtration.

Nose: Sweet floral grass with boiled sweets.
Palate: Fresh green apples and chocolate with a hint of pepper.
Finish: Light and refreshing.
