Johnnie Walker Blue Label Elusive Umami is a limited release inspired by one of the world’s most elusive and alluring flavors: umami. It is the collaboration of two masters of their craft: whisky-making master blender Emma Walker and creative gastronomy chef Kei Kobayashi, who brings unique craftsmanship and flair to his cuisine.
Casks from inland and coastal distilleries were hand-selected for their unique umami profiles. The result is a blend that encapsulates the enigmatic taste of umami.
Tasting Notes
