From the brand that has cultivated a mass following for their focus on ‘taste not time’, Maker’s Mark have now found a way to have their cake and eat it too with this ground-breaking new aged release!
A liquid which marries 11-,13-, and 14-year old bourbons, Maker’s found that by racking their barrels in a temperature-controlled limestone cellar, the liquid could avoid the influence the climate on its maturation process, slowing the speed of maturation and mitigating the tannic impact that creates the overly “oaky” flavour. Bottled at 56.6% abv.
