A step up from the standard VS (Very Special), Remy Martin’s VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) brings the trademark Remy delicacy with a deeper, richer flavour.
All of Remy Martin’s cognacs are labelled as Fine Champagne, meaning that the eaux-de-vie used for the assemblage come only from the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne areas, the two foremost geographical crus in the Cognac appellation. Fine Champagne cognacs must contain a minimum of 50% Grande Champagne.
