The One Fine Blended Whisky (70cl)

The Lakes distillery’s The One series of blended whiskies has embraced the previously slightly taboo practice of blending English and Scottish whiskies together.

To create The One Fine Blended Whisky, Lakes’ Dhavall Gandhi has blended Lakes English malt whisky with Scottish grain and Islay and Speyside single malts, which are married together and bottled at 46.6% without colouring or chill filtration to create a very fine blended whisky indeed.

Official Tasting Notes:

Nose: Fresh orchard fruits, butterscotch, and a hint of smoke. 

Vanilla custard with lightly honeyed fruits and a hint of spice on the palate. 

Finish: creamy and smooth, with subtle wood smoke.
