Yamazaki 2016 limited edition Suntory’s Master Blender, Shinji Fukuyo, assembled European oak sherry and port casks aged over 20 years and blended them with younger ex-bourbon casks to create a rich but fresh and characterful Yamazaki single malt that has become increasingly popular with Japanese whisky fans and collectors.
