Hatozaki 12-year-old Umeshu Cask Finish is an assemblage of single malts, which were aged for 12 years in American oak casks before being blended together and then racked for a six-month finishing period in casks that previously held Umeshu, the delightful Japanese plum liqueur.
Small Batch, 12 Year Old Hatozaki Umeshu A rich character of cereals, iodine notes, fresh pear, apricots, and a subtle trace of malty honey are present in the cask finish. The finish of yellow plum leaves a lingering sweetness.
