Teeling Amber Ale, Small Batch Irish Whiskey

The Teeling Amber Ale Small Batch is the product of a complex symbiosis. They were sent a batch of the rum casks used to finish Teeling Small Batch Whiskey and used them to age their Amber Ale. After the beer was bottled, the casks were returned to Teeling, who filled them with Small Batch whiskey for an additional year of maturation before releasing this Teeling Amber Ale Small Batch Whiskey.

This is a fascinating cask-finishing experiment from Teeling Irish Whiskey, which has teamed up with fellow Dubliners, the Dot Brew craft brewery, for this special collaboration.
