The One Port Cask Finished Whisky is a blended whisky created by The Lakes Distillery’s Dhavall Gandhi, combining Lakes sherry-matured English single malt whisky with Scottish grain whisky and single malts from Islay and Speyside.

For the One Port Cask Finished Whisky, the blend is married in casks that previously held Tawny and Ruby ports, and is then bottled at 46.6% without colouring or chill filtration.

Tasting Notes of The One Port Cask Finished Whisky

Nose: Fresh cherries, candied ginger and toasted oak.

Palate: Plum, rose petals and chocolate.

Finish: Rich, Lingering and spicy.
