The Organic 2011 | 11 Year Old Bruichladdich 70cl / 50%

Bruichladdich Organic 2011 11-year-old was distilled with barley from Mid Coul farm in the Scottish highlands and has been bottled at 50% ABV without color or chill filtration after 11 years of maturation in first fill ex-bourbon casks, giving the whisky a delicious combination of fruity and vanilla fudge flavors.

This 11-year-old Bruichladdich Organic 2011 was released in summer 2022, joining a long line of deservedly popular organic whiskies from the Islay distillery, which has been distilling organic barley since 2003 and bottled its first organic whisky in 2009.

Bruichladdich Organic is an ongoing series of vintage organic whiskies using organic barley sourced from across Scotland, as Islay has no organically registered barley producers.
