Dalmore 21-year-old, The 2022 release was initially matured in American oak casks and finished in first-fill Matusalem oloroso sherry butts from Gonzalez Byass, creating layers of rich fruit and warm spices throughout the palate.

The Dalmore has committed to releasing a series of five annual editions of their 21-year-old expression as the pinnacle of its celebrated Principal Collection.

The result is a plethora of aromas ranging from Seville orange to Colombian coffee, rich vanilla, and bitter dark chocolate. The palate has sweet liquorice, blackberries, walnuts, and marzipan, leading to a finish of peaches, ginseng, and more orange citrus.
