Hatozaki Pure Malt is created from 100% malt whiskies of both Japanese and foreign origins, which are matured in a variety of cask types as they mature and marry, including ex-bourbon, ex-sherry, and mizunara Japanese oak casks, and is bottled at 46% without colouring or chill filtration.

Official Tasting Notes:

round, generous and unpeated. The sweet taste of malted cereals and dried fruit is uplifted by a light smoky undertone and an aromatic honey finish on the palate.
